A representative from Kapeeka Industrial Park shared an update on the park’s rapid growth:

“Currently, there are 30 factories in the park with 7,000 workers. Next year, we expect 10 new factories to open,” the representative said.

Appreciation for Ugandan Leadership

The partner thanked Gen. Saleh for his continuous support in creating sales channels and expanding markets for Kapeeka-based enterprises.

“We thank General Saleh for providing business opportunities and supporting the park’s expansion,” he noted. “His vision aligns perfectly with Uganda’s BUBU policy.”

A Model for Regional Development

The park’s success has become a model for industrial replication in regions like Gulu and Arua, showing that partnerships between Uganda and China can drive massive employment and local value addition.
